Đối với những tay kỳ vương có những tình thế họ không tiến, không lui, không đánh, không thủ mà chỉ đi một nước cờ trung tính vô nghĩa, nhưng chờ đối phương đi nước cờ mới, để lộ ý định và sơ hở của đối phương !
Đây là thời điểm như vậy, khi Putin không thèm phản ứng lại nước đi của Obama, mà chờ xem Trump sẽ đi nước nào sau khi lên làm TT Mỹ .
Có thể thấy, Putin là một nhà chính trị thượng đẳng, một kỳ thủ trầm tĩnh, tính sâu, tính chắc !
Dù Vladimir Putin là đối địch của Mỹ, nhưng người biết thưởng thức ván cờ chiến lược giữa Mỹ và Nga không thể không appreciate, khâm phục, tài năng và trí tuệ của Putin kể từ khi nước Nga liên tiếp bị Mỹ dồn vào thế bí với chiêu trò xâm lược phá hoại Ukraine, cấm vận Nga, thổi bùng chiến tranh Syria ! mà Putin vẫn phản đòn tuyệt đẹp, đặt Mỹ vào thế cờ yếu hơn !
Trong phản đòn đối với trừng phạt và cấm vận mới của TT Obama, Putin tỏ ra cao thượng hơn, đĩnh đạc hơn, quân tử hơn - và đó là điều hiếm thấy trên chính trường thế giới !
TT Obama đã khinh địch, khi ví mình như ông thày quản lớp, và Putin như cậu học trò lười dốt nghịch phá cuối lớp !

Vladimir Putin Rejects His Minister's Proposal to Expel 35 US Diplomats

Russian President Vladimir Putin said today he will not expel 35 U.S. diplomats, rejecting his foreign minister's recommendation to do so in response to U.S. sanctions.
Putin, in a statement on the Kremlin's website today, referred to the new sanctions, including the expulsion of Russian intelligence operatives, as "provocation and aimed at further weakening the Russia-U.S. relationship."
"The diplomats who are returning to Russia will spend the New Year’s holidays with their families and friends," Putin said in a statement that also included season's greetings to President Obama and Donald Trump. "We will not create any problems for US diplomats. We will not expel anyone." (Wow !!!)
He added: "As it proceeds from international practice, Russia has reasons to respond in kind. Although we have the right to retaliate, we will not resort to irresponsible "kitchen" diplomacy but will plan our further steps to restore Russian-U.S. relations based on the policies of the Trump administration."
For Putin's part, however, his statement included well-wishes to both Obama and Trump.
"It is regrettable that the Obama administration is ending its term in this manner," he said. "Nevertheless, I offer my New Year greetings to President Obama and his family.
"My season’s greetings also to President-elect Donald Trump and the American people. I wish all of you happiness and prosperity."
