The U.S. Supreme Court is set to consider whether or not to hear a lawsuit that seeks to remove President Joe Biden from the White House and reinstate former President Donald Trump to office.
The Brunson v. Adams lawsuit claims that lawmakers violated their oaths of office by allegedly failing to investigate a foreign intervention in the 2020 presidential race which allegedly rigged the election against Trump.
The case is based on the claim that the defendants—who include Congress members, Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and former Vice President Mike Pence—voted to certify the 2020 presidential election after receiving a valid (?) request from 154 members of Congress to investigate unfounded claims of electoral fraud in six states. (why do we have to investigate baseless lies and unfounded claims ? - nth)

There is nothing in the Constitution that would allow for a president to be reinstated to the White House. There was no election fraud found in any of the states and they all did recounts.

This has to be a joke, right? Based on what evidence are they re-visiting this totally debunked election fraud ? This MAGA (Make America Groan Anyway) Supreme Court is an American embarrassment.

What about the foreign interference in 2016 that installed trump to begin with ? That was investigated and the info was given to DOJ and then Barr lied about it and swept it all under the rug. (trump was NOT exonerated by the Mueller investigation ! ... why don't they re-investigate that case ? - nth)

Then they need to reconsider interference in the 2016 election and seat (reinstate) Hilary (for 2025-2029)
